Mickael Costache
Mickael Costache has been building and operating cross-border ventures in the Gulf region and internationally since 2015.
As co-founder of Council Events, he brings a decade of experience designing and leading high-level industry gatherings and private matchmaking forums that connect global technology providers with senior decision-makers across the UAE and wider Middle East.
Working closely with C-level executives, investors, and government stakeholders in sectors such as FinTech, Healthcare, Cybersecurity, and Blockchain, he creates curated environments where trusted relationships form and real commercial outcomes (partnerships, pilot projects, and deal flow) are achieved.
Markus Tautz
Markus Tautz has more than 18 years of experience in enterprise sales, channel development, and strategic partnerships across the DACH region and global markets.
As one of the two founders of Council Events, he builds on a strong record of opening new markets, closing multi‑million Euro deals, and driving strategic growth to create highly curated business speeddating and networking formats for CEOs, CTOs, and CSOs.
As a strategic business partner to leading international companies in AI, data analytics, and Industry 4.0, he enables privileged access to decision-makers and buyers in the Middle East, fostering fast trust, meaningful dialogue, and measurable business outcomes.
